Performances at Trax! Spotz on the Artist are not automatically canceled due to inclement weather. As long as our cast and crew are able to safely arrive and perform, the production will proceed as scheduled.

Because all ticket purchases are considered donations and are therefore non-refundable, we encourage patrons to use their best judgment, allow extra travel time, and prioritize safety when traveling in adverse weather conditions.

In the event that a performance must be postponed or rescheduled by the organization, all tickets will automatically be transferred to the new performance date and time and will be honored accordingly.
